Bu araştırma Türkiye’de Mesleki Müzik Eğitimi kurumlarında verilen kontrbas eğitimini inceleyerek, kontrbas eğitiminde kullanılan icra tekniklerini, metot, etüt, eser ve egzersizleri ve bunların eğitim süreci içerisindeki öğretilme aşamalarını saptamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda araştırma, taşıdığı amaç, izlenen yöntem ve toplanan verilerin niteliği açısından durum tespitine yönelik betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Türkiye’de Mesleki Müzik Eğitimi Kurumlarında görev yapan ve geri dönüş alınan 11 kontrbas eğitmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak için, araştırmanın temelini oluşturan kontrbas eğitimini inceleyerek öğretim sürecinde kullanılan metot, etüt ve eserleri belirlemeye; bu metot, etüt ve eserlerin öğretim süreci içerisinde hangi düzeylerde kullanıldığını tespit etmeye ve kontrbas eğitimcilerinin öğretim süreci içerisinde bellettikleri teknik ve yöntemleri ortaya koyarak durum tespiti yapmaya yönelik olarak güvenirliği sağlanan ve 30 sorudan oluşan bir anket geliştirilmiş ve çalışma grubuna uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve nicelleştirilerek yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada, kontrbas eğitimine ilk ya da ortaokul çağında başlanması gerektiği; öğrencideçok anatomik yapının uygunluğuna dikkat edildiği; verilen eğitimde daha çok Alman yay stilinin tercih edildiği; dersin başlangıç aşamasında daha çok teorik bilgi ve yay çalışmalarının tercih edildiği; tercih edilen sol el konumlandırmasının “1-2-34” şeklinde olduğu ve ilk öğretilen pozisyonun “yarım pozisyon” olduğu; sol el çalışmalarına sol telinde başlandığı ve sol-re-la-mi tel sıralamasının takip edildiği; sıklıkla ilk olarak öğretilen gamın Fa Majör/Minör olduğu; Legato ve Detache yay tekniğinin başlangıç seviyesinde verildiği, diğer yay tekniklerinin ise daha ileri seviyelerde öğretildiği; süsleme tekniklerinin başlangıç düzeyinde değil ileri düzeylerde öğretildiği ve karşılaşılanönemli zorluğun sol el konum zorlukları olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada, ağırlıklı olarak kullanılan metot, etüt ve egzersizlerin Nanny, Simandl, Montag ve Gadzinsky olduğu ve öğretilen eserlerin öğrenci seviyesine göre belirlendiği tespit edilmiştir.
This research aims to study the contrabase training provided in the Professional Music Education institutions in Turkey, identify the implementation techniques used in contrabase training, methods, studies, works and exercises and their teaching stages within the training process. In this regard, the research is an imaginary study aimed at the identification of the situation in terms of its purpose, the method followed and the nature of the collected data. The study’s work group consists of 11 counterbas trainees who work in the Professional Music Education Institutions in Turkey and are returned. To collect data in the research, the study of the counterbas training that forms the basis of the research to determine the methods, studies and works used in the teaching process; this method, studies and works are used in the teaching process to identify the levels and to identify the techniques and methods that counterbas educators have identified in the teaching process and to identify the situation, a survey developed and applied to a study group consisting of 30 questions. The obtained data is analyzed and interpreted using content analysis. In the study, the counterbas training should be started in the first or middle school age; the student was attended to the adequacy of the many anatomical structures; the given training was more preferred by the German foam style; the more theoretical knowledge and foam studies were preferred in the beginning stage of the course; the preferred left-hand position was in the form of "1-2-34" and the first taught position was "half-position"; the left-hand studies were started in the left thread and the left-re-la-mi thread ranking was followed; often the first taught range was Fa Major/Minor; Legato and Detache foam techniques were taught at the beginning level, and the other foam techniques were taught at the advance level; the first taught position was "half-position"; the left-hand studies were taught at the left thread and the left-la-mi thread ranking was followed;The research also found that the mainly used methods, studies and exercises were Nanny, Simandl, Montag and Gadzinsky, and that the works taught were determined by the student level.
