Gündelik hayat içerisinde çeşitli nefret söylemlerinin yoğun olarak üretildiği ve bu söylemlerin farklı mecralarda özellikle de sosyal medya ortamlarında paylaşılmasıyla yeniden üretildiği söylenilebilir. İnteraktif bir yapıya sahip olan sosyal medya, bu özelliğinden dolayı nefret söylemlerinin paylaşılmasına ve konuyla ilgili yorumların hızlı bir şekilde yayılmasına olanak sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sosyal medya ve nefret söylemi ilişkisini incelemek amacıyla çok kullanılan sosyal medya platformlarından biri olan Ekşi Sözlük’te üretilen ve dolaşıma sokulan nefret söylemi ele alınmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın örneklemi olarak belirlenen Ekşi Sözlük’te yer alan “Suriyeli Sığınmacılar” başlığı altında kullanıcıların önyargıları, hoşnutsuzlukları ve tahammülsüzlüklerinin yanı sıra bir arada yaşamayı yok eden, başkalarının haklarına müdahalede bulunmayı ve adaletsizlikleri teşvik eden yorumların hangi biçimlerde ifade edildiğini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla sözü edilen başlık altında yazılan 3200 entry’nin %10’u çalışmaya dahil edilerek Şükela Modu altındaki 320 entry içerik analizi yöntemiyle kategorize edilerek çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, “katılımcı sözlük” ağları arasında en çok kullanıcı sayısına sahip olan Ekşi sözlük platformunda yer alan entry’lerin, yabancı ve göçmenlere yönelik nefret söylemlerinin oluşturulmasına ve bunun kullanıcılar arasında etkileşimli bir şekilde yayılmasına yol açtığı sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır.
It can be said that continuous hate speech is produced intensely in daily life and is reproduced by sharing them on different media, especially on social media. In this study, the hate speech that is produced and circulated on the Social Media (one of the most used social media platforms) is investigated. In this context, the title of "Syrian Refugees" on The Syrian Dictionary is determined as the sample of the study. Under this title, it is aimed to reveal how users express their prejudices, discontent, and intolerance, as well as comments that destroy coexistence, promote interference with the rights of others and injustice. For this purpose, 10% of the 3200 entries written under this title were chosen, and 320 entries under the Shukela Mode were categorized and analyzed by the content analysis method. According to the findings of the study, it is concluded that the entries on the Echo Dictionary platform, which has the highest number of users among the "participant dictionary" networks, lead to the creation of hate speech for foreigners and immigrants and the dissemination of hate speech among users interactively.
