Isparta Deresi’nin Su Kalitesinin Fizikokimyasal Parametrelere ve Simuliidae Faunasına Göre Belirlenmesi

Türkçede “Siyah Sivrisinekler” anlamına gelen Simuliidae, İngilizce “Black fly, Blackflies ya da Buffalo gnats”, Almanca “Kriebelmücken” ve Rusça “Moshki” olarak bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Antarktika kıtası dışında dünyanın her yerinde yayılış gösteren Diptera takımının Nematocera alt takımı içerisinde yer alan Simuliidae familyasına ait üyelerin Isparta Deresi’ne ne kadar adapte olduğu ve hangi kesimlerinde ne yoğunlukta bulunduğu bazı fizikokimyasal parametrelerle ilişkilendirilerek belirlenmiştir.   Isparta ili sınırları içerisinde bulunan Isparta Deresi, Karacaören-1 Baraj Gölü’ne dökülmektedir. Isparta Deresi üzerinde toplam 6 istasyon belirlenmiş ve mevsimsel olarak arazi çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Amonyum, nitrit, nitrat, klorür ve elektriksel iletkenlik değerlerinin 5. ve 6. İstasyonlarda, diğer istasyonlara göre yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Fizikokimyasal değerlere göre su kalite sınıfları değerlendirilirken YSKY kullanılmıştır. YSKY’ye göre 1., 2., 3. ve 4. istasyonların genellikle I. kalite sınıfında, 5. ve 6. istasyonların ise genellikle II. kalite sınıfında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Simuliidae familyasına ait türler ile fizikokimyasal parametreler arasındaki pozitif ve negatif ilişkileri belirlemek için Pearson testi kullanılmış ve istatistiki anlamda önemli ilişkiler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Saprobi indeksine göre, 5. ve 6. istasyonların beta-mezosaprobik, diğer istasyonların ise oligosaprobik olduğu tespit edilmiştir.   Simuliidae familyasına ait Prosimulium, Metacnephia ve Simulium cinslerine rastlanmıştır. En fazla tür Simulium cinsinde görülmüştür. Bu çalışmada, Prosimulium rufipes, Prosimulium sp., Metacnephia sp., Simulium angustipes, S. auricoma, S. bezzii, S. costatum, S. ornatum, S. pseudequinum, S. trifasciatum, S. variegatum ve Simulium sp. taksonları belirlenmiştir. En baskın taksonun Simulium sp. olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada belirlenen taksonların istasyonlar açısından farklılığını ya da benzerliğini ortaya koymak için Sørensen benzerlik ve Margalef çeşitlilik analizleri yapılmıştır.

Simuliidae, which in Turkish means "Black mosquitoes", is known in English as "Black fly, Blackflies or Buffalo gnats", in German as "Kriebelmücken" and in Russian as "Moshki". In this study, it is determined how much the members of the Simuliidae family within the Nematocera subgroup of the Diptera team, which is spread throughout the world outside the Antarctic continent, are adapted to the Isparta Skin and in which sections the intensity of it is associated with some physical and chemical parameters.   The Isparta Deresi is located within the limits of the island of Isparta and is thrown into the Karacaören-1 Baraj Lake. In total, 6 stations on the Isparta Deresi have been identified and seasonal land works have been carried out. Ammonium, nitrate, nitrate, chloride and electrical conductivity values 5 and 6. It is high compared to the other stations. According to physical chemical values, YSKY was used when assessing water quality classes. According to YSKY, the 1, 2, 3 and 4 stations are usually in quality class I, and the 5th and 6th stations are usually in quality class II. It has been found in quality class. The Pearson test has been used to determine the positive and negative relationships between the species belonging to the Simuliidae family and the physical and chemical parameters and has been determined that there are significant relationships in the statistical sense. According to the Saprobi index, the 5th and 6th stations were identified as beta-mesosaprobic, while the other stations were oligosaprobic.   It is found in the Prosimulium, Metacnephia and Simulium species of the Simuliidae family. The most species are seen in the Simulium. In this study, Prosimulium rufipes, Prosimulium sp., Metacnephia sp., Simulium angustipes, S. auricoma, S. bezzii, S. costatum, S. ornatum, S. pseudequinum, S. trifasciatum, S. variegatum and Simulium sp. Taxis are determined. The most famous taxon is Simulium sp. It has been identified. In this study, Sørensen similarity and Margalef diversity analyses were conducted to reveal the differences or similarities of the taxons determined from the point of view of the stations.

In this study, the adaptation of the members of the Simuliidae family, which is in the Nematocera subset of Diptera, and is spread all over the world except Antarctica, to the Isparta Stream were determined by correlating with some physicochemical parameters. However, density of this family in different parts of the stream was also determined.. Isparta Stream is within the boundaries of the province of Isparta poured into Karacaören-1 Dam Lake. 6 stations were determined in Isparta Stream and seasonal studies were conducted. Ammonium nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, chloride ion and electrical conductivity values were found to be higher in the 5th and 6th stations compared to the other stations. While evaluating the water classes according to the physicochemical values YSKY was used. Pearson test was used to determine positive and negative relationships between species belonging to Simuliidae family and physicochemical parameters and statistically significant relationships were determined. According to the Saprobi index, the 5th and 6th stations were determined as beta-mesosaprobic and the other stations were oligosaprobic. Prosimulium, Metacnephia and Simulium genus belonging to Simuliidae family were found. In this study, Prosimulium rufipes, Prosimulium sp., Metacnephia sp., Simulium angustipes, S. auricoma, S. bezzii, S. costatum, S. ornatum, S. pseudequinum, S. trifasciatum, S. variegatum and Simulium sp. taxons were determined. The most dominant taxa was Simulium sp. Sørensen similarity and Margalef diversity analyzes were performed to determine the difference or similarity of taxons in terms of stations.
