Kur’an, hitabet ve edebiyatta üstün oldukları iddiasını taşıyan Arap toplumu içerisinden seçilmiş bir peygambere indirilmiştir. Onun edebi inceliklerini en iyi şekilde anlama çabası, zamanla yazılı bir edebiyata dönüşerek Belagat ilimlerini doğurmuştur. Kur’an, mesajını aktarırken, manevî ve lâfzî birçok sanatı en etkili şekilde kullanmış ve Bedî' ilmine büyük katkı sağlamıştır. Kur’an’ın, bir bakıma Arap dilinin süsleyicileri olan bedî' sanatlarını yoğun biçimde kullanması, Bedî'u’l-Kur’ân adında birtakım eserlerin telifine yol açmıştır. Bu eserlerin en meşhuru, bu çalışmanın da konusu olan ve İbn Ebi'l-İsba' (ö. 654/1256) tarafından yazılan Bedî'u’l-Kur’ân'dır. Müellif, bu eserinde bir diğer kitabı Tahrîru’t-tahbîr’in Kur’an’la ilgili edebî sanatlar kısmını yeniden ele almıştır. Yüz dokuz edebî sanatı incelemiş ve bunlara Kur’an’dan örnekler vermiştir. Kur’an’dan örneklerini bulamadığı için zorlama bir yol izlememiş ve Tahrîru’t-tahbîr’de geçen yirmi iki sanata bu eserinde değinmemiştir. Eserin önemli özelliklerinden biri de Tahrîru’t-tahbîr’de bulunmayan altı sanata yer vermesidir. Ayrıca o, ibdâ' sanatını incelerken, sadece on yedi lafızdan oluşan bir âyette yirmi bir sanatın bulunduğunu açıklayarak, sonraki dönemlere önemli ölçüde tesir etmiştir. Bu çalışma, İbn Ebi'l-İsba' ve onun Bedî'u’l-Kur’ân adlı eserini ele almış müellifin sadece burada sözünü ettiği altı sanatı ve yirmi bir sanatın bulunduğu âyeti özel olarak inceleyerek, Kur'an'ın bedî' ilminin gelişmesine yaptığı katkıyı ortaya koymayı hedeflemiştir.
The Qur’an was revealed to a chosen Prophet from the Arab community, who claimed that they were superior in speech and literature. His effort to best understand his literary subtilities, with time, turned into a written literature, gave birth to the Belagat sciences. The Qur’an, when it translates its message, has used many spiritual and moral arts in the most effective way and has made a great contribution to the knowledge of Bedî. The Qur’an, in some ways, used the art of the Bedi, which are the decorators of the Arabic language, has led to the authentication of a number of works named Bedi’u’l-Kur’an. The most famous of these works is the subject of this work and Ibn Ibn Ibn Ibn Ibn Ibn. The Qur’an is written by Bedi’u’l-Kur’an by 654/1256. In this book, he reads to another book of Tahrir’t-Tahbîr, a part of the literary art of the Qur’an. He studied a hundred and nine literary arts and gave them examples from the Qur’an. He did not find the examples of the Qur’an, and he did not follow a forceful way, and he did not mention the twenty-two art in the Tahrir’t-Tabîr in this work. One of the important features of the work is that it has six art places not found in Tahrir’t-Tabîr. He also, when he studied the art of ibdâ, explained that there are twenty art in a verse of only seven words, and in the subsequent periods he had a significant extent. This study aimed at revealing the contribution of the Qur’an to the development of the knowledge of the Qur’an, by examining the six art and twenty art that the author, who addressed the work of Ibn Abi’l-Isba and his Bedî’l-Kur’an, has only mentioned here, and by showing the contribution of the Qur’an to the development of the knowledge of the bedî.
