Abstract:

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between these two variables by determining the levels of beliefs of the teachers’ subjective well-being perception and professional resilience. The research has used a relative scanning model from quantum research. In the 2017-2018 educational year, teachers working in the province of Sanlıurfa formed the universe of research while the sample formed 346 teachers working in different kinds of schools selected through the universe of research. In the study, the data was collected using "Personal Information Form", "Teacher's Subjective Goodness Scale" and "Teacher's Candidate's Professional Resilience Faith Scale" (SMD). For the analysis of the data obtained, the SPSS 21 package program was used. The values of the subjective well-being of teachers and the perception levels of professional endurance are calculated by the frequency, arithmetic average and standard deviations. The Pearson-Moment Collapse Correlation Method has been used to reveal the relationship between the levels of subjective well-being and professional resilience perception of teachers. There is a lot of regression analysis that has been done on whether the teachers’ subjective well-being is not the professional resilience. The study found that both teachers’ subjective well-being perception levels and professional resilience beliefs were at a “very high” level. It has been found that there is a meaningful relationship between the subjective well-being of teachers and their professional resilience in a positive direction at the middle level. The subjective well-being of teachers significantly depends on their professional endurance and explains 72% of the total variance.
