Örgütlerin özdeşleşmeyi sağlayarak belirlediği amaçlara ulaşması daha kolay olmakta bu sayede örgütsel etkinliği de sağlamaktadır. Örgütsel özdeşleşmenin sağlanmasında pek çok faktör rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada akademisyenlerin örgütsel özdeşleşmeyi sağladığı düşünülen örgüt kültür tipleri ve iş tatmini faktörleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, akademisyenlerde örgütsel özdeşleşmeyi sağlayan faktörlerin modellenmesidir. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarında, örgüt kültürü alt boyutları olan başarı ve destek kültürünün, iş tatmini ve örgütsel özdeşleşme ile ilişkili olduğu ayrıca başarı ve destek kültürünün iş tatminini ve örgütsel özdeşleşmeyi pozitif ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Başarı kültürü ve destek kültürünün örgütsel özdeşleşme üzerindeki etkisinde iş tatminin kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu değişkenlerden oluşan yapısal eşitlik modellemeleri yol analizleri ile tespit edilerek önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
It is easier for organizations to reach the goals they set by providing identification, and by this way, they also provide organizational effectiveness. Many factors play a role in ensuring organizational identification. In this study, organizational culture types and job satisfaction factors, which are thought to provide organizational identification by academicians, are discussed. The aim of the study is to model the factors that provide organizational identification in academicians. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the culture of success and support, which are the sub-dimensions of organizational culture, is related to job satisfaction and organizational identification, and that the culture of success and support positively and significantly affects job satisfaction and organizational identification. In the impact of success culture and support culture on organizational identity, the conclusion has been made that business satisfaction is a partial role of mediation. The structural equality models consisting of these variables were identified by road analysis in recommendations.

It has been concluded that job satisfaction has a partial mediation role in the effect of success and support culture on organizational identification. Structural equation modeling consisting of these variables was determined by way analysis and suggestions were made.
