Abstract:

This study aims to explore the relationship between their teachers’ professional self-qualifications and their ability to manage class differences. Research is a relational scanning work. The work universe is formed by class and Turkish teachers who work in the middle schools associated with the Kırşehir Provincial National Education Directorate in the 2021-2022 Education-Teaching Year and teach Turkish to foreign students in their classes. The sample consists of 238 teachers identified by the simple, unselective sample method of this universe. The research data was collected using "Personal Information Form", "The Skill of Confidence in Self-Qualification towards the Teacher's Career" and "The Skill of Teacher's Qualification for Differences in Class". The data was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 package program. The basic findings achieved in the study are as follows: The teachers’ beliefs of professional qualification were determined at a "total sufficient" level. The teacher’s perception of competence on the differences in class is “confident.” It was found at the level. A medium-level positive relationship has been established between the teachers' professional self-qualifications and the skill in relation to class differences. This work is produced from the same thesis that the first writer prepared in the second writer's consultation.
