Komplo teorisi, siyasalın bilgisini üretirken dış dünyayı algılamaya dair bir akıl yürütme, yanıt verme ve ilişkilendirme formu olarak değerlendirilebilir. Politik söylem içerisinde komplo teorisi formunun bir üretim şablonu olarak nasıl kullanıldığı sorusu, iktidar ilişkilerinin nasıl kurulduğu ve yeniden üretildiği gibi soruları da tartışmaya dahil etmektedir. Böyle bir tartışmada komplo teorisiyle kurulan mesafe bilgi-iktidar ilişkisi bağlamında kavranmaktadır. Bu çalışma, söz konusu mesafe kurulduğu takdirde komplo teorilerini siyasal olanın neliğine dair bir akıl yürütme ve söylem pratiği olarak tartışmanın sınırlarını serimlemektedir. Bahsedilen sınırları somutlaştırmak üzere komplo teorilerinin epistemik niteliği odak alınmış ve bilgi-iktidar ilişkisi bazında araçsal kullanımının tarihselliği gözetilmiştir. Böylelikle komplo teorilerinin bilmeye ve hissetmeye dair bir form olduğu önerilmekte, öznellikler üretme kapasitesi işaret edilmekte ve bunun politik bağlamı vurgulanmaktadır. Komplo teorilerinin politik söylemin egemen formu haline gelmesi süreci ise medyasermaye- devlet ilişkisinden hareket edilerek yapılan analizlerden oluşmaktadır. Komplo teorisi hakkında yapılan analizi ilgilendiren ortam (milieu) ise krizlerin esnek, belirsiz ve öngörülmez etkilerini dizginleme çabalarına sahne olmaktadır ki burada vurgulanan kısım da ortam ve bu ortamın düzenleme kapasitesiyle ilişkili bilgi formunun kullanım geçmişi arasındadır. Bu tür süreçler yıkımı ve yeniden inşa süreçlerini de karmaşık biçimde içerdiğinden dolayı, bunu okunaklı hale getirmek üzere politik söylemin kaynakları ve formlarını soruşturmak çalışmanın sorunsalını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, komplo teorisi formuyla özdeşleşmiş politik söylemi üretme yatkınlığı, bir süreç dahilinde ve politikaya dair bilme rejimi olarak ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma ile incelenen süreç, 2013- 2017 yılları arasında geçen beş vakıa üzerinden belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sorunsalı kapsamında, kriz anları ertesinde her defasında hakikat oyunlarının nasıl oynandığı kanaat teknisyeni köşe yazarlarının gazete köşe yazılarının taranmasıyla araştırılmıştır. Egemen politik söylemin üretici ve dağıtıcıları olarak kanaat teknisyeni olan gazete köşe yazarlarının her kriz sonrasında birbirine benzer ve geçmişteki tutumlarıyla tutarlı biçimde komplo teorisi formuna başvurmaları habitus ve iktidar stratejilerinin okunaklı kılınmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu sebeple aslında çalışmayla sunulan teorik aksam ve tanımlanan mesafeler ile kurucu iktidar dönemlerinde güncellenen komplo teorileri, hem değişmekte olan düşman imgesini hem de hegemonyayı yeniden üretecek bir genel iradenin sınırlarını net biçimde gösterdiği için, bu bilgi formunun nasıl politik söylemin yegâne kaynağı haline geldiğini, hangi işlevlerle ve gündem belirlemede ne kadar süreli bir kullanıma sahip olduğunu toplumsal bilgi üretimi ekseninde soruşturmak amaçlanmaktadır.
The theory of conspiracy can be regarded as a form of mindfulness, response and association to the perception of the external world while producing the knowledge of the political. The question of how the form of conspiracy theory is used as a production template in political speech also involves the question of how the power relations are established and re-produced. In such a discussion, the distance established by the theory of conspiracy is understood in the context of the information-power relationship. This study sets the boundaries of the discussion of the theories of conspiracy as a practice of mindfulness and speech about the quality of the political. The epistemic nature of the conspiracy theories has been focused to concrete the aforementioned limits and the historicity of the instrumental use on the basis of the information-power relationship has been monitored. Thus it is suggested that conspiracy theories are a form of knowledge and feeling, the capacity to produce subjects is marked and the political context of it is emphasized. The process of the theories of conspiracy becoming the dominant form of political speech is made up of analysis by moving from the media capital-state relationship. The environment concerned with the analysis of the theory of conspiracy (milieu) is the scene of efforts to scan the flexible, uncertain and unpredictable effects of crises, which is the part emphasized here is between the environment and the history of the use of the information form related to the ability to regulate this environment. Because such processes include the processes of destruction and reconstruction in a complex way, it is a problem to work to investigate the sources and forms of political speech to make it readily. In the study, the tendency to produce political speech identified with the form of conspiracy theory is considered within a process and as a knowledge regime of politics. The process of study is determined by five cases passed between 2013 and 2017. In the problematic framework of the study, it was investigated how truth games were played every time after the crisis moments by scanning the corner writers of the newspaper corner writings. As the producers and distributors of the dominant political speech, the newspaper corner writers, who are the channels technicians, make the habitus and power strategies readable to apply to the form of conspiracy theory in a similar and consistent manner with their past attitudes after each crisis. For this reason the theoretical axis presented by the study and the defined distances and the theories of conspiracy updated during the periods of the founding power clearly show the limits of both the changing image of the enemy and the general will to reproduce hegemony, it is intended to investigate in the social information production axis how this form of information has become the sole source of political speech, with which functions and how long it is used in determining the agenda.
