So many results that aren't mine?

Henry Glassie yarım asırdan fazla süren akademik kariyeri boyunca dünyadaki pek çok geleneksel toplum üzerinde çalıştı. Özellikle halk masalları, müziği, mimarisi, halk sanatı ve maddi kültür olmak üzere başta halkbilimi, arkeoloji ve antropoloji olmak üzere Amerikan Kültürü Araştırmaları, sanat tarihi ve müzecilik gibi çeşitli disiplinlere yönelik derin, ayrıntılı ve zengin alan araştırmaları yaptı. Yayımlanmış çok sayıda eseri ile sayısız ödüle layık görüldü. Bu eserler arasında en fazla dikkat çeken ve ödüle layık görülen üç eseri New York Times tarafından “Yılın En Saygın Eseri” ödülünü aldı.

Abstract:

Henry Glassie has worked on many traditional communities around the world over a half-century academic career. He conducted profound, detailed and rich field research in various disciplines such as American Cultural Studies, Art History and Museumology, mainly in folk fairy tales, music, architecture, folk art and material culture. He has been awarded numerous awards with numerous publications. Three of the most remarkable and winning works among these works have been awarded the New York Times "The Most Honored Works of the Year" award.
