Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin örgütsel politika algısı ile örgütsel yalnızlık ve işten ayrılma niyetleri arasındaki ilişkinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2018–2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Kadıköy ilçesinde bulunan ortaokullarda görev yapmakta olan toplam 439 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerinin toplanmasında Örgütsel Politika Algısı, Örgütsel Yalnızlık ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Yapısal eşitlik modellemesi sonuçlarına göre örgütsel politika algısı, örgütsel yalnızlığı oluşturan boyutlardan sosyal arkadaşlığı negatif olarak, duygusal yoksunluğu ise pozitif olarak etkilemektedir. Örgütsel politika algısı, aynı zamanda öğretmenlerin işten ayrılma niyetlerini de olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Örgütsel yalnızlığın bu iki boyutu, örgütsel politika algısı ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkide tam aracılık rolü oynamaktadır.
This study aims to identify the relationship between the teachers' organizational policy perception and organizational loneliness and the intention to leave the job. Relational scan model was used in the research. The sample of the study consists of a total of 439 teachers who are working in the secondary schools located in Istanbul or Kadıköy district in the 2018-2019 educational year. In the collection of the data of the study, the scale of Organizational Policy Perception, Organizational Solitude and Dismissal Intent was used. According to the results of the structural equality modeling, the perception of organizational policy affects social friendship negatively from the dimensions that make up organizational loneliness, and emotional absence positively. The perception of organizational policy also positively affects the intentions of teachers to leave work. These two dimensions of organizational loneliness play a full intermediate role in the relationship between the perception of organizational policy and the intention to leave the job.
