So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

Abstract:

Obezite vücut yağ miktarının tüm vücuda oranının artması olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Ucuz gıda endüstrisinin gelişmesi ve beslenme alışkanlıklarının değişmesi ileobezite dünya çapında bir problem olmuştur. Diyabetes mellitus, kardiyovasküler hastalıklar, kanser gibi pek çok kronik hastalığın patogenezinde rolü olan obezite artık sadece fazla yağ dokusu olarak kabul edilmemekte, neden ve sonuçları ile ciddi olarak araştırılmaktadır.     Adipoz dokudan salgılanan 260’ın üzerindeki maddenin; enerji metabolizması, immün sistem, enflamasyon, büyüme gibi olaylarda rolü olduğu gösterilmiştir. Bu maddeler arasında leptin, gıda alımı ve enerji  metabolizmasındaki etkileri  nedeni  ile uzun  süredir araştırılırken; visfatin, adipsin, adiponektin gibi farklı adipokinler, metabolik rolleri ve farklı etkileşimleri ile dikkat çekmektedir.

Abstract:

Obesity is defined as an increase in the percentage of body fat in the whole body. With the development of the cheap food industry and the change in eating habits, obesity has become a global problem. Obesity, which plays a role in the pathogenesis of many chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, is no longer considered just excess fat tissue, it is seriously studied with its causes and consequences.     It has been shown that more than 260 substances dissolved from the obesity tissue have played a role in events such as energy metabolism, immune system, inflammation, growth. While these substances have been long researched on the cause of their effects on leptin, food intake and energy metabolism; it is noted by different adipokins, metabolic roles and different interactions such as visphatin, adipsin, adiponectin.
