Aim of this study is to examine the relationship between school principals' managerial approaches and school mindfulness. In this study, correlational survey model was used. The sample of the research consists of 424 teachers who are still working in high school in the central districts of Denizli. Research data were analyzed using arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Spearman Correlation analysis and simple and multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that school principals mostly adopted the Y theory management approach and teachers' perceptions of school mindfulness were at a moderate level. There is a negative, moderately significant relationship between school principals' X theory management approach and school mindfulness It has been observed that there is a positive, moderately significant relationship between the theory of Y management approach and school mindfulness. The regression analyzes revealed that both X and Y theory management approaches are significant predictors of school mindfulness.
