With understating that the most important capital is man (employee) factor in an organization, selecting qualified employees and co-opt them with the organization have become essential. In Current Information society, employees are seen as the intellectual capital accumulation rather than as a factor in the costs. Ethical principles and ethical climate consisting of behaviors shows the expected behaviors of who work in an organization. Ethical climate of an organization is, therefore, important not for outward appearance of it but its employees as well. The main objective of the study is to analyze to what extent the ethical climate in SMEs has an impact on and contribute to organizational commitment together with its sub dimensions. In the study, impact of the ethical climate on organizational commitment was researched. In order to assess the dimensions of organizational commitment of employees, the 23-item “Three Dimensional Organizational Commitment Scale” developed by Meyer and Allen (1990)
