objectives with which the students are desired to be supplied and the method of systematic training. For this reason, an experimental research was conducted on the students in Karaman Nefise Sultan Vocational High School, Instructional Technologies Department. “Pre-test and post-test control groups” design were used. There were two groups: in test group systematic learning was experimented; while the control group was given traditional education. The data obtained from the investigation shows that knowledge, comprehension, application levels and the total achievement average of the systematic learning group is significantly higher than the averages of traditional education group. Based on this data, it can be concluded that systematic learning is more effective than traditional education
