The main purpose of this research is to contribute to the literature on tourism and behavioral psychology by examining the relationship between hotel employees' organizational justice perceptions and cultural values. The research population is employees except for managers in 5 star hotels operating all year in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Antalya. Frequency distributions, factor analysis and simple linear regression analysis were used for the analysis of data from 481 participants via questionnaire. As a result of simple linear regression analysis, it has been found that cultural value dimensions significantly affect dimensions of organizational justice. The relationship between cultural values and organizational justice is the main theoretical outcome of this research. This result supports the theory. However, it has been found that the power distance doesnot affect the distributive justice and the masculinity does not affect the distributive and procedural justice. The fact that this research is one of the leading research in this field, prevents the making of healty interpretations. Therefore, research to be done in the future on this subject will contribute to see the whole picture.
