The main objective of this research is to examine the job engagement of employees in the health sector, the differentiation status between intrapreneurship levels and to reveal the extent of the relationship between job engagement and intrapreneurship level. For this purpose, a research was conducted on 310 healthcare workers (nurses) who work in a Public Hospital in Ankara. 200 subjects were selected in the universe, but the return of 106 units was determined from the implementation of the survey, after eliminating 6 questionnaire, 99 were included in the evaluation. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS software. For the validity and reliability of the scale Cronbach's alpha test, for hypothesis testing regression, correlation and t-tests were applied. As a result of research, only emotional dimension of integration is effective on the disclosure of internal entrepreneurship and this effect is positive way. A determining effect that dedication to work has on internal entrepreneurship have emerged
