Abstract:

Solution-focused short-term therapy (MOTH) appeared in the 1980s as a result of the long work of De Shazer, Berg and his friends in the United States.  A lot of the forms that appear in the form of a whole existence have successfully gained their place in the field of psychological consultation. It is a multi-constructive and post-modern psychotherapy approach. It emphasizes the consultant’s own strength and the therapeutic cooperation between the consultant and the consultant. The problem is concerned with the processes of building solutions to the goal of the consultant without focusing on, and they are implemented with solutions-oriented questions developed within a concept. It may be difficult for psychologists and psychological consultants who have graduated from the educational programs where problem-focused consulting approaches are focused; therefore, in psychological consulting practices, the use of problem-focused approaches with the philosophy of the problem-focused approaches is one of the problems we encounter. In this context, the purpose of this article is to describe its philosophy, the basic principles, the basic questions involved in the consulting process (e.g. miracles, rating, exceptions, dealing with) and the points to be taken into account in the practice, referring to the historical and philosophical position of the multitude, to consultants, consultant candidates, and teachers who are trained in the field of consulting.
