Abstract:

Today, experienced political, socio-cultural and began to shape the understanding of public administration in parallel with technological change "public management" concept of public services "aims at the efficient and effective". More rational determination of public services provided to citizens by the regulation on the basis of private sector business principles of public administration, defined public institutions in the reorganization of the service line and increasing the efficiency of the staff that will offer public services, considered as the objectives of this approach.
