The assessments are made through these themes. Descriptive statistics were used in the analysis of data. As a result of the survey, the main problem of teachers confronting with supervisors is not explaining the curriculums. This question is emerging as a priority in regard to gender, seniority and branch. Teachers have complain that inspectors do not respect them. The more professional seniority increases, the more the frequency of problems with supervisors is declining. The branch of primary school teachers is seen as the greatest problems with supervisors.
