This study has been prepared for the members of Pilots Foundation with asking a sample of 654 people about social and cultural opportunities, management system and archive and factors to increase the use of external stakeholders determined for Pilots Crew Resource Management Scale (PCRMS) for ensuring validity and reliability. As a result of the analysis of explanatory and validated results, the questionnaire consisted of 3 sub-dimensions (social and cultural facilities, management system and archive, external stakeholders), 20 questions to constitute a structure. The factor loadings of scale ranged from 0.524 to 0.797. In the confirmatory factor analysis conducted to confirm 3-factor structure of scale, chi-square value obtained with the most likelihood estimation method was found to be 508,273 (SD = 149, P <0,001). Conformity indexes (GFI = 0.927, AGFI = 0.897, CFI = 0.947, RMSEA = 0.061, RMR = 0.069) are acceptable and structural validity of scale is ensured. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient which was used to measure the reliability of scale, was determined as 0.923 for 20 questions. The analysis shows that the scale is valid and reliable for increasing use of factors determined by the pilots in the crew resource management framework.
