Abstract:

With the establishment of the United Nations and the international documents adopted afterwards, international law has experienced a significant change. The developments evaluated simultaneously under the concept of globalization, along with the adopted international rules, have led to a dramatic transformation in the direction of the elimination of the absolute sovereignty limits of states. When this occurs, it has been effective in international law that the mutual relations between the states, which previously existed only through national interests, were extended to cover the common interests of the international society and, in this context, the objects of international law were excluded from being only states, and that international organizations, non-governmental actors and individuals were also included in the system.
