In today’s business conditions, which is based on the increase of competition due to globalization and the irrepressible change in technology, businesses’ should use the existing human resource, which is a strategic source for sustaining their productivity effectively, efficiently and support the employees to stay in the organization. In this study, it was aimed to determine the mediating role of employee advocacy on the relation between organizational support and job embeddedness. While the population of the study includes employees of businesses that are active in logistics sector in Kayseri, the sample consists of a total of 421 employees that are chosen random (impartial) sampling method and permitted by the managers of these businesses. Data about the employees were collected with “Perceived Organizational Support Scale", “Job Embeddedness Scale”, and Employee Advocacy Perception Scale”. In order to collect data about the personal variables, “Personal Information Form” which was prepared by the researchers was used. In the analysis of the obtained data that was acquired by data collection tools, computer package program was used. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics was conducted as well as correlation and hierarchical regression analyses. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that the perceived support by the employees in logistics sector business of Kayseri and employee advocacy has a positive effect on the job embeddedness of employees and occupational lawyers have a partial mediation role on the job embeddedness of the perceived organizational support of employees.
