Abstract:

The importance of non-themed cultural heritage in the definition of cultural heritage has increased in recent years. The areas that have the strongest bonds with non-substantial cultural heritage are places attributed to glory. Specifically the areas in which beliefs and doctrines are produced, which are strongly linked to the leaders of beliefs and doctrines, cannot be evaluated by consideration separately from the non-substantial cultural heritage. In the study, Turkey was listed on the UNESCO temporary list in 2012 with the strong links with the belief of Bektaşilik and the role it plays in the appearance of the belief, Turkey was listed on the UNESCO temporary list of Hacı Bektaş Veli. In this context, the UNESCO World Heritage List listed heritage areas that represent the environment in which the beliefs or doctrines arise under the leadership of a leader were studied, the world heritage area and tampon area definitions were studied. The definitions studied were compared with the definitions in the declaration of superior universal value of the cult. In the definition of such heritage included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, a large or large number of world heritage areas and/or tampon areas, which contain many structures, have come to the conclusion that the Hacı Bektaş Veli Countryside alone in this context can lead to the definition of a very small and limited world heritage area. In the framework of the study, a significant hereditary accumulation of the formation of the Believers' belief was observed near the village. It has been determined that a World Heritage nomination that takes into account this heritage will be more compatible with the fields of world heritage with similar qualifications.
