Abstract:

In accordance with the objective of this study; the field of learning and primary mathematics teacher candidates have studied how the knowledge of teaching strategies has evolved throughout their bachelor's training. In this study, the explanatory-verifying karma research scheme was used in which quantum data was obtained, qualitative data was used to support quantum data. The participants of this study; selected by the purpose sample method, a university's educational faculty's primary mathematical teaching department of study forms 176 teachers candidates. In this study, the teaching strategies of the teaching candidates were used as an instrument of data collection for the purpose of examining the knowledge development, interview, observation and eight questions of the teaching strategies. In the analysis of the data obtained from the study, the quality and quantitative data analysis techniques have been used together. At the end of the study, the result was that the teacher candidates' teaching strategies knowledge developed properly with the class level but that this development was insufficient.
