Şefaat kavramı geçmişten günümüze İslam âlimleri tarafından tartışıla gelmiş bir mefhumdur. Şefaat ile ilgili olarak Hz. Peygamber hariç şehitlerin, evliyanın ve bu gibi mübarek zatların şefaatini kabul edenler olduğu gibi bir de bu tür şefaatin olmayacağını savunanlar da vardır. Özellikle Kur’an’ın ana ifadelerinden biri de şefaatin Allah’a mahsus bir husus olması bizim için bir hareket noktasıdır. Ancak Hadisler içerisinde aslında şefaatin aynı zamanda Hz. Peygambere verilecek bir yetki olduğuna dair bir takım rivayetlerin olması, bizim bu kavramı daha sağlıklı tahlil etmemizi sağlayan bir araç ya da sebeptir. Özellikle şefaat kavramının Ahiretin en önemli olgusu olan hesap notasında ne gibi bir fonksiyona sahip olduğu sorusu problemi daha içinden çıkılmaz hale sokmaktadır. Çünkü mevzu bir gayb meselesidir. Şefaatin sadece Allah’a mahsus olduğuna dair ayetlerin yanında bazı ayetlerin de Allah tarafından Hz. Peygambere verilecek bir yetki olarak algılanıyor olması da bizim bu kavramı daha iyi irdelememizi gerektiren bir durumdur. Bu kavramı ayet ve hadislerin tümünü gözden geçirerek ortaya koymamız, makalemizin sınırlarını göz önünde bulundurduğumuzda imkânsız görünmektedir. Bu nedenle biz şefaatin kabulüne veya reddine yol açan temel tartışma örnekleri ve daha ziyade mutasavvıfların bu noktadaki söylemleri üzerinden irdeleyeceğiz. Çalışmamız betimsel nitelikli bir doküman taraması ve içerik değerlendirilmesi şeklinde olacaktır. Amacımız, şefaati sadece Allah’a isnad edenler ile peygamberin de böyle bir görevle teçhiz edileceğini söyleyenler arasında orta noktanın da olabileceğini göstermektir. Burada dikkati çeken şey şefaatin kolay ya da kestirmeden bir kurtuluş yolu olmaktan daha ziyade, bireyin amellerine ve ahlâkî davranışlarına dikkat ederek öbür dünyada kendisinin bağışlanmasını umut etmesiyle ilgili bir durum olduğudur. Ayrıca bizim bu çalışmamızda şefaat kavramının kelime ve ıstılah anlamları verilmeye ve başta Kur’an ve Hz. Peygamber’in hadisleri olmak üzere ulemanın görüşleri esas alınarak tasavvufî açıdan da izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Makalemizin muhtevası olarak mutasavvıfların şefaat ile ilgili açıklamaları ve onların bu doğrultudaki görüşleri esas alınarak değişik bir yaklaşım tarzına sahip olan mutasavvıfların şefaat ile ilgili görüşlerinden de örnekler verilmiştir. Bu kavramı, iyilik yapma ya da hayra vesile olma konusunda yardımcı olma gibi bazı hususlar ile bağlantılı olarak dünyevî açıdan da izah etmeye çalıştık. Özellikle şefaat ile ilgili olarak kıyametteki Müslümanların durumları ve onların arasından bir grup insanın hesapsız cennete girmeleri, kendilerine cehennemin icap ettiği kavime şefaat edilmesi ve cennete girenlerin oradaki derecelerinin yükselmesi gibi bazı hususlar tartışılmıştır.
It is a discourse that has been discussed by the Islamic people from the past to today. About the HZ. Our work will be in the form of an image-qualified document scan and content evaluation. Our purpose is to show that the shapedness may be the middle point between those who pray to Allah and those who say that the Prophet will be equipped with such a task. What is noted here is that rather than being an easy or short-lived way of salvation, the shaped is a situation in which he hopes for forgiveness in the other world by paying attention to the individual’s actions and moral behaviors. In this work we also give the word and the meaning of the concept of the shaped and the first Qur’an and Hz.
