Abstract:

It is evaluated how the applications brought by Industry 4.0 technology and affecting all living spaces affect the human resources management in health systems. The technological possibilities that have developed with the Industry 4.0 industrial revolution bring challenges as well as benefits. In health institutions equipped with high technology, important changes have also occurred in human resources. The possibilities provided by technology to production cause the need for human resources in production to gradually decrease. The human resources needed must be compatible with new technologies. The technological opportunities brought by Industry 4.0 have revealed revolutionary innovations in health systems. As the opportunities that come with innovations reduce the need for human resources, it brings up the problem of unemployment. In an environment where purchasing power is weakened; It raises the problem who will be the recipient of the services provided quickly and without error. In order to benefit from the opportunities provided by Industry 4.0 applications at the optimum level; Possible problems and possible solution options should be determined by experts at national level with a multidisciplinary approach and necessary precautions should be taken. The measures should be shared on international platforms, aiming to create global strategies.
