Abstract:

Araştırma, ilkokul yöneticilerinin paylaşılan liderlik düzey algısının öğretmenlerin bakış açısından öğretmenlerin demografik özellikleri bağlamında tespit edilmesine yönelik yapılmıştır. Nicel araştırmalardan betimsel tarama modelinde, Ankara ili Altındağ ilçesi resmi ilkokullarında tesadüfi örneklem yöntemine göre seçilen 144 ilkokul öğretmeninin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak öğretmenlerin demografik verilerini elde etmek amacıyla oluşturulan “kişisel bilgi formu” ile paylaşılan liderlik düzeyinin tespitine yönelik “okul örgütlerinde paylaşılan liderlik ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin paylaşılan liderlik düzeyinin tüm alt boyutlarıyla yüksek düzeyde olduğu, ilkokul yöneticilerinin paylaşılan liderlik düzeyi algısının öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, meslekî kıdem, branş, eğitim düzeyi değişkenlerine göre farklılık yaratmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

The research was aimed at identifying the shared perception of the leadership level of primary school managers in the context of the demographic characteristics of teachers from the point of view of teachers. In the visual scan model of Nicel research, 144 primary school teachers selected according to the random sample method in the official primary schools of Ankara or Altındağ district were performed with the participation of 144 primary school teachers. The data collection tool was used to identify the level of leadership shared with the "personal information form" created in order to obtain the demographic data of teachers, the "shared leadership scale in school organizations" used. The study found that school managers are at high level with all subdimensions of the shared leadership level, and that the shared leadership level perception of primary school managers does not differentiate according to the gender, professional age, branch, and educational level variables of teachers.
