Günümüz dünyasında analiz süreçleri organizasyonel yapının en sınır noktalarına kadar erişen, strateji modelini belirleyen bir yapı halini almış, sağlık sektörünü de içine katmıştır. Çalışmada; sağlık kuruluşunun mevcut durumu, işlevselliği incelenerek, hizmetlerin verimlilik ve etkinliklerinin, hedeflerine uygunluğunun değerlendirilmesi, yapılan analizler ile eksik veya ilerleme fırsatlarının tespit edilerek, sistemli bir şekilde takip edilebilmesi, farkındalıkların oluşturulması, iyi uygulamaların yaygınlaştırılması, yöneticilere karar verme aşamasında bilgi ve destek sağlaması amaçlanmıştır.
In today's world, analysis processes have become a structure that reaches the most limit points of the organizational structure and determines the strategy model and then have included the health sector. In the study, it is aimed to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the services, their compliance with their goals by examining the current status and functionality of the health institution, to follow up systematically by identifying the missing or progress opportunities with the analysis conducted, to create awareness, to disseminate good practices, to provide information and support the managers in the decision-making stage.
