Burnout represents a negative psychological experience that involves a person's feelings, attitude, motives and expectations, but physical problems, stress and discomfort can also occur. Three basic aspects were found in all cases of burnout: marked physical exhaustion, obvious emotional detachment and ineffectiveness at work. Currently, there are no objective parameters for quantifying exhaustion levels, but the main diagnostic method is the self-assessment forms. In 90% of cases, the test available is the Maslach burnout inventory, which is the gold standard for measuring burnout. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the burnout syndrome that occurred among doctors in Romania, involved in the evaluation and treatment of patients with SARS-COV-2 through a questionnaire made up of 46 questions.
