The aim of this study is to systematically analyze the researches on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and psychological flexibility in Turkey. For this by using the keywords, inclusion and exclusion criteria determined by the researchers, total of 53 researches, which including 16 full-text articles, 21 master's, 11 doctoral dissertations and 5 specialty in medicine accessed from National Thesis Center, Google Scholar, ULAKBİM, Dergipark. According to the findings obtained, it is seen that the studies mainly consist of thesis and relational studies, and the samples consist of adults and individuals without any clinical diagnosis. These studies which was examining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and psychological flexibility, the most discussed notions were awareness, depression, anxiety, substance use/addiction, schema, and psychological well-being. . According to the findings, psychological flexibility was negatively related to anxiety, search for meaning, avoidance of emotions, denial, rumination, burnout, test anxiety, intolerance of uncertainty, alexithymia, Covid-19 anxiety while positively related to the existence of meaning in life is the perception of competence, marital adjustment, job satisfaction, psychological well-being, authenticity, life satisfaction, and sleep quality. In addition, relational researches were highlighted of studies on the notion of psychological flexibility, and experimental studies were highlighted of studies on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Results indicate, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy was a therapeutic and psychological flexibility wass a protective factor for mental health.
