The main objective of this study is to determine the factors that influence the organizational perceptions of employees in the telecommunications sector, while the second objective is to determine whether the demographic characteristics have a regulatory role in this effect. The organization of learning is based on a structure in which the employee is at the bizathi center during the learning process. Workers in this structure do not expect direct guidance from their managers or relevant human resources units regarding their learning and development needs. Thus, the organization that learns an approach to information sharing instead of the statucus that is dictated from above is based on an organization culture in which employees are initiated, involved in the decision support mechanisms and in which they work out of the routine work and operations and they create added value. In this scope, the survey was conducted to 1055 employees working in a company operating in the telecommunications sector in Turkey. The results of the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 22 program. In the analysis phase, first visual statistical methods were studied and accordingly normality and reliability tests were performed. At the point of conducting the discovery factor analysis of the research data set, it was passed to the hypothesis test stage on the test that it was appropriate. The hypothesis test has been used by two different statistical methods, the t test and the one-way Anova test. According to the findings obtained in the research, the size that has the highest impact on the organizational perceptions that employees in the telecommunications industry learn is the mental models. The study also studied whether the organizational perceptions of employees learned vary according to demographic characteristics (gender, civil status, age, level of education and age). After all, it was found that the organizational perceptions of employees learned did not change according to gender and civic status variables, but according to age, level of education and age variables.
The main purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect employees' perceptions of the learning organization in the telecommunications sector. The secondary purpose is to determine whether demographic characteristics play a moderating role in this effect. The learning organization is based on a structure where the employee is at the center of the learning process. In this structure, employees do not expect direct guidance from their managers or related human resources units regarding their learning and development needs. Instead of a top-down dictated status quo information sharing approach, the learning organization is based on an organizational culture where employees take initiative, are involved in decision support mechanisms, and create added value by stepping out of routine works and operations in the institution they work for. For this purpose, a survey was administered to 1055 employees working in a telecommunications business in Turkey. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 22 program. According to the findings of the research, the dimension that has the highest effect on the learning organization perceptions of the employees in the telecommunication sector is mental models. This study also examined whether employees' perceptions of the learning organization differ according to demographic characteristics (gender, marital status, age, education level and seniority). After all; it was determined that employees' learning organization perceptions did not differ according to gender and marital status variables, but it was concluded that it varied according to age, education level and seniority variables. Based on the results, recommendations were made to decision makers and future studies.
