The main function of language is to establish a connection between sound and meaning. In order for this to happen, the sounds must be expressed in the correct order. That's why the most basic operation in the syntax is concatenation. Merging is to form a cluster by combining different elements. Since it is impossible to say all the words at once, before the words are pronounced one after the other, the mind puts these expressions in order and creates a meaningful sentence at the same time. The language system is partially built on absolute rules, and the words have their own order in the sentence to be established. Words cannot be changed without a necessity to abandon this order. However, it is possible to change the places of the words to the extent allowed by the rules. This change should be in a way that does not cause confusion and should be made by considering some semantic purposes. The change in the order is made either out of necessity due to grammatical rules, or optionally by transferring the components of the sentence from their structural placement to a different area in the sentence in order to make the word to be mentioned clear and to be performed better to the extent allowed by the grammatical rules. While the change made out of necessity is mostly in the field of nahw science, the optional change can be evaluated within the field of rhetoric since it is made with semantic concerns. This study aims to reveal how the order of the elements constituting the noun and verb sentence should be in the syntax and the semantic aspect of the structural change.
The main function of the language is to connect between sound and meaning. For this to happen, the sounds must be expressed in the right order. That is why the most basic process in my word is the combination. The combination of different elements is to bring together a crowd. Because it is impossible to say all the words at once, the mind sets these expressions in order before the words are translated successively and creates a meaningful phrase at the same time. The language system is partially built on absolute rules and the phrase to be established has its own rankings of words. The places of the words will not be changed without a obligation to give up this ranking. However, it is possible to change the place of the words to the extent possible by the rules. This change must be in a way that does not cause confusion and must be done with some meaningful objectives. The change in the order is either by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order or by means of the order. Changes in the body can be assessed within the field of the knowledge of more than the field of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge of the knowledge. This study aims to reveal how the order of the elements that form the name and the actual phrase should be in the wording and the meaningful aspect of the structural change.
