Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine whether the method of collaborative learning teams Success Divisions has any impact on the problem-solving skills of students. The research was carried out in accordance with the semi-experimental model of the control group and the research data was obtained using the mixed research design in which quantitative and qualitative research methods were used together. The study was carried out at 7th grade. The research data was collected using module tests, academic success test, student paperwork and preliminary knowledge test. The study was conducted in three stages in 7 classes. In the first stage, the problem leaves prepared in relation to the subjects he saw in the 5th and 6th classes were applied to the 7th class students. In the second phase, 7. The classes were prepared for the problem-solving study leaves on the subjects they learned in the science course. In the third phase, the 7th class students implemented the problem-solving paperwork prepared on the 8th class subjects they have not yet worked. The experimental group applies the method of the Student Teams Success Divisions, and the control group applies the MEB's current curriculum. The data was analyzed using quantum and qualitative analysis methods. According to the findings obtained in the study, the test group’s problem-solving study leaves, module tests and academic success tests have an average of points significantly higher compared to the control group.
