Employees in organizations have many features that distinguish them from others. The aim of this study is to describe the relationship between diversity management and behavior of organizational commitment of employees in the GSM sector. In the first part of the survey, the questions were asked to measure perception of differences and diversity management. The scale in the second part of the survey consist of questions regarding the behavior of organizational commitment. In the last part of the questionnaire, questions that measure the demographic characteristics were asked. The literature rewiev revealed that there is no piece of literature that handles these two topics at the same time. The findings revealed that there is a positive relationship with a moderate impact between the subscales of management of diversity and organizational commitment. Also, demographic characteristics do not cause any difference in the perception of organizational commitment and diversity management
