This study aims to investigate science teachers’ self-confidence perceptions of technological pedagogical content knowledge in terms of some variables. 332 science teachers contributed to this study. "Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge Self-Confidence Scale" and "Personal Information Form" were used as data collection tools. According to the results, teachers’ self-confidence was above the middle level for all the dimensions (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, Technological Content Knowledge, and Technological Knowledge). Moreover, there were significant differences in favor of teachers having low seniority and using computers for educational purposes more frequently for all dimensions; in favor of male teachers for the “technological content knowledge” and “technology knowledge” dimensions; and in favor of teachers graduated from science teaching departments for the “technological knowledge” dimension.
