Özet:

Abstract enThe purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between mobbing and resilience of academicians. Study carried out with Phenomenologic Method design, data was collected using semi-structured interview form. Participants were 10 academicians. As a result of the research most of the participants insults, threats, stated that they were subjected to increasing the workload behavior. Once participants have been exposed to psychological violence; feel depressed, experienced frustration, stated that the fall of motivation. Participants strongly oppose to cope psychologically, alternative job search, remain silent. Participants they are exposed to a more psychological violence, according to exposure, psychological violence can overcome them stronger than the previous period, have stated that they feel resilient.
