Abstract:

In our article, we first stood on the origin and meaning of the Hunsu Turkish leader Grumbates, who participated in the distress of Diyarbakır in 359. We explained that the form of this word in Hun Turkish is *Gurbat and its meaning is a military and administrative high title (all of the following names mean a military and administrative high title). Secondly, we stood on Crobatus ~ Kovratos (605-641) who founded the Great Bulgaria. We revealed that the re-creation of the title is *Korbat and that it is the same word as *Gurbat. Thirdly, again, we explained that the correct form of the other name of this house, Kourt ~ Kurt, is *Kurt and that it is in the same sense as the two above words, but that it is not rooted with them, it is a shell. The fourth was Crobatus ~ Kovratos or Kourt ~ Kotragos, the son of Kurt (VII.
