Amaç – Bu çalışma insan kaynağının büyük öneme sahip olduğu otel işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenlerin örgütsel adalet algısının motivasyon ve işten ayrılma niyetlerine etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, örgütsel adalet üç boyutta ele alınmıştır. Bunlar; dağıtımsal adalet, işlemsel adalet ve etkileşimsel adalettir. Ayrıca çalışmada, motivasyon ve işten ayrılma niyeti kavramları detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Yöntem – Örgütsel adalet boyutlarının otel işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenler açısından nasıl algılandığı ve bu algılamalar doğrultusunda işgörenlerin motivasyonunun ve işten ayrılma niyetinin nasıl etkilendiği ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın evrenini, Ankara ilindeki dört ve beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerinin bütün işgörenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel bir teknik olan anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın veri toplama sürecinde, işletme yöneticileriyle doğrudan görüşülerek işgörenlere uygulanması sağlanmıştır. Bulgular – Elde edilen bulgulara göre frekans, regresyon ve korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre örgütsel adaletin motivasyon ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde bir etkiye sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu etkinin motivasyon üzerinde pozitif, işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde negatif bir etkisinin olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca motivasyon ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasında ise negatif bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmüştür. Tartışma – İşletmeler açısından örgüt ortamında adaletin tesis edilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Adaletin sağlandığı bir iş ortamında işgörenler yüksek motivasyon ile performans gösterecekler ve işten ayrılma niyetinde olmayacakları için asıl işlerine ve örgüte daha fazla yoğunlaşacakları vurgulanmıştır.
Purpose - This study was done to identify the influence of the organizational justice perception of the workers working in hotel enterprises where human resources are of great importance on the motivation and intention to leave the work. In this study, organizational justice has been discussed in three dimensions. These are distribution justice, processional justice and interactive justice. Also in the study, the concepts of motivation and intention to leave the job have been studied in detail. Method - How organizational justice dimensions are perceived from the point of view of employers working in hotel enterprises and how these perceptions are influenced by the motivation and intention of employers to leave work. The universe of this work is made up of all the employers of the four and five-star hotel companies in the province of Ankara. The research has been used by the survey technique, which is a quantum technique. During the process of data collection, the work was provided to be implemented directly with the business managers. Results - According to the findings obtained, a frequency, regression and correlation analysis was made. The research finds that organizational justice has an impact on motivation and the intention to leave the job. This effect appears to have a positive impact on motivation, a negative impact on the intention to leave the job. There is also a negative relationship between motivation and intention to leave the job. It is important to discuss the importance of establishing justice in the organization environment. In a work environment where justice is provided, the employers will perform with high motivation and will be more focused on their main work and organization because they do not intend to leave the job.
