The use of complementary and alternative medicine (TAT) has seen a significant increase in recent years. While complementary medicine defines therapeutic methods used as a modern medical assistant, alternative medicine includes therapeutic methods that will replace modern medicine. The purpose of this research is to explore the views of nurses, parents and doctors on TAT methods, their knowledge and experience of these methods. This study was conducted by face-to-face consultations with doctors, nurses and nurses working at the university. The survey form includes questions that measure the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants, the conditions of using the TAT methods and the level of knowledge of the methods. The data was entered into the SPSS program and evaluated by percentage, average and ki-quar test. The study was conducted with 84 health workers. There is a less TAT method that is used by 25.0% of the health staff involved in the survey. When looking at the TAT methods used by the healthcare staff, the first ranges are plant therapy (85.4%) and massage (21.9%. The methods that the healthcare staff has a lot of knowledge about have been found, such as acapunktur, herbal treatment, dietary support and massage. When we look at the sources that healthcare staff gets information about the TAT methods; the environment, friends, television and the internet take the first place.
