So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

İnançlı işlem, Türk hukukunda yasal bir düzenlemeye sahip olmamakla beraber uygulamada sıklıkla karşılaşılan bir kurumdur. Bugün gerek doktrin gerekse yargı uygulaması inançlı işlemlerin köken olarak Roma hukukundaki “fiducia” kurumuna dayandığını ve geçerli hukuki işlemler olduğunu kabul etmektedir. Bu makalede, inançlı işlemlere ilişkin çeşitli sorunların doktrindeki görüşler ve yargı uygulaması kapsamında detaylı bir şekilde incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
