The satisfaction of employees with the work they do is important both in terms of the work and private life of employees and in terms of the organization and society. The unhappy work of the individual organization and social part of the employee causes losses. Workers may not be satisfied with one aspect of the work, while they may not be satisfied with the other. The impact of each dimension of employment satisfaction on the size of employee’s overall employment satisfaction may be different. In this regard, the discovery of the importance of the dimensions of employment satisfaction for employees can lead to the understanding of employment satisfaction for employers and researchers and the motivation of employees. The aim of this study is to reveal the importance of work safety experts and workplace doctors working in the Joint Health and Safety Units (OSGB) in the province of Bursa to the work satisfaction dimensions. The research has determined the importance of business satisfaction dimensions using AHP. According to the results of the study, both work safety experts and workplace doctors are the most important dimensions of work satisfaction. However, C-Class employment safety specialists are the most important dimensions in terms of employment satisfaction. This result shows that different statuses within the same group of professions may have different approaches to the size of work satisfaction. According to the research, for work safety experts and workplace doctors, the working colleagues are the most important dimension of work satisfaction.
