ÖZET Türkiye’de afet denilince akla gelen en önemli doğa olayı depremdir. Ülkemizin çok büyük bir kısmı 1. ve 2. Derece deprem bölgelerinde bulunmaktadır. Geçmişte yaşanılan depremler ve deprem hasarları yapılaşmada, depreme dayanıklı yapı tasarımında mimari tasarımın önemini göstermiştir. 1999 Marmara Depremi sonrası kamu kuruluşları tarafından eğitim yapıları için çeşitli tip projeler oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan bu tip projelerde DBYBHY-2007 ‘e göre bazı düzensizliklere rastlandığı görülmektedir. Tüm bu veriler göz önüne alınarak 3 farklı formda tip projeler oluşturularak Probina-orion programı ile modellenmiştir. Kare, dikdörtgen ve L form şeklinde tasarlanan formların deprem sırasındaki davranışları 2007 Deprem Yönetmeliği düzensizlikleri açısından incelenmiştir. Bu analizlerin sonuçlarına göre formların davranışları karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak eğitim yapısı olarak tasarlanan farklı formların geometrileri ve simetrik taşıyıcı sistemlere sahip olmaları deprem sırasındaki davranışlarını etkilediği görülmektedir. INVESTIGATION OF EARTHQUAKE RESISTANCE AT PRIMARY SCHOOL BUILDINGS IN TURKEY ABSTRACT The most important natural disaster is earthquake in Turkey. A very large part of our country has 1st and 2nd degree in earthquake zones. Experienced in the past earthquakes and earthquake damages showed the importance of architectural design of buildings on the earthquake. Various types of projects have been created for educational buildings by public organizations after the 1999 Marmara earthquake. there is some irregularity on these types of projects according DBYBHY-2007. According to all these datas, three different types of projects were designed and modeled by Probina-orion program. Square, rectangular and L-shaped form were investigated in terms of 2007 Earthquake Guide irregularities. According to the results of these analyzes, behavior of forms during the earthqauke were compared.Results obtained from the study show that the geometry and symmetrical static systems of the different forms of education buildings have affected their behaviors during the earthquakes. In Turkey, the most important natural event that comes to mind is earthquake. The majority of our countries are 1 and 2. It is located in earthquake areas. Earthquakes and earthquake damages in the past have shown the importance of architectural design in the construction of earthquake-resistant buildings. A variety of types of projects for educational structures were created by public organizations after the 1999 Marmara earthquake. In this type of projects created, according to DBYBHY-2007, some irregularities have been found. With all these data, it was modeled with the Probina-orion program by creating three different types of projects in three different forms. The behavior during the earthquake of the forms designed in the form of a square, straight and L form has been studied in terms of irregularities in the 2007 Earthquake Regulation. According to the results of these analyses, the behavior of the forms is compared. As a result, the possession of geometries and symmetrical transportation systems of different forms designed as a training structure is seen to affect their behavior during the earthquake.
