Abstract:

Le purpura thrombotique thrombocytopenique est une maladie rare , grave , et potentiellement mortelle en abcence de traitement specifique. Il sagit dune microangiopathie thrombotique caracterisee par la formation spontanee dans la microcirculation sanguine de thrombi riches en plaquettes et en facteur Willebrand responsables dune anemie hemolytique mecanique, dune thrombopenie de consommation et de signes dischemie multiviscerale. Nous rapportons un cas dun patient de 40 ans tabagique chronique, ayant recu 2 doses du vaccin contre le SRAS-CoV-2 un mois avant son admission a lhopital qui sest presente dans un tableau de purpura thrombotique thrombocytopenique, pour laquelle il a recu 15 seances dechanges plasmatiques, avec une bonne evolution clinico-biologique.
