Abstract:

Abstract The objective of this research is to analyze the memories of agents involved in the social sports project “Oratório” that takes place in Corumbá-MS. For the discussions, we conducted six interviews and based on the Oral History methodology, which tries to use the memory of individuals in the discussion of specific topics. We realized that the project provides human training through education and sport based on ethical and moral values, providing the construction of bonds of friendship and a safe space for the occupation of free time. Regarding the difficulties presented, we highlight the lack of professionals to work in some areas, such as in the management and practice of activities. In addition, we note that the conditions and structure of the space interfere with the realization of the proposal.
