Çocuk koruma politikaları temelinde suç mağduru ve suça sürüklenen çocuklara çocuk destek merkezlerinde psikososyal destek hizmeti sunulmaktadır. Bakım tedbiri kararı ile bu hizmetten yararlanan çocukların psikososyal destek hizmetinden beklenilen şekilde yararlanabilmesi çocuklarla geliştirilebilecek güven ilişkisine bağlıdır. Bu araştırmada psikososyal destek hizmetini, çocuklarla yapılan görüşmelerden elde edilen bilgiler ışında sosyal hizmet değerleriyle incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla psikososyal destek hizmetinden yararlanan 16 çocuk ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Görüşme verileri MAXQDA nitel veri analiz programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre çocuklar, kendi kararlarının dikkate alınmasını ve karar alma süreçlerine katılmayı istemektedir. Psikososyal destek hizmetinin kontrolcü işleyişine vurgu yaparak toplumsal yaşamla daha içi içe bir psikososyal destek hizmetini ön plana çıkarmışlardır. Çocukların psikososyal destek hizmetinin yararlılığına yönelik olumlu değerlendirmelerin yanı sıra psikososyal destek hizmetine ilişkin eleştirilerinin olduğu görülmüştür.
On the basis of the child protection policies, psychosocial support services are provided in children’s support centers for victims of crime and children who are trapped by crime. The decision on care measures depends on the relationship of confidence that can be developed with the children that can benefit from this service as expected to benefit from psychosocial support services. This study aims to study the psychosocial support service with the values of social services in the light of information obtained from conversations with children. There are 16 children who have received psychosocial support services. Interviews data have been analyzed with the MAXQDA quality data analysis program. According to the research, children want to be taken into account and participate in their decision-making processes. By emphasizing the control function of the psychosocial support service, they have put a more in-house psychosocial support service in front of the social life. It has been shown that there are positive reviews of the benefits of psychosocial support services for children as well as their criticism of psychosocial support services.
