Abstract:

One of the biggest economic problems in our country is unemployment. For many years, many programs have been organized to reduce unemployment with the government’s hands and subsidies, and with efforts to train the private sector’s own staff if necessary. Many courses and programs have been prepared and continued to be implemented. Changes in the field of technology, the rapid changes in the field of science have led individuals to turn to professional training to improve themselves. As a result of this training, individuals are expected to be employed. The failure to meet the expectations of individuals causes both the employability and the change of perspectives on professional training courses. Obtained training, despite the necessary cooperation with the employment institution, the failure to provide employment leads to disappointment and loss of labour. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the occupational acquisition courses organized by the Work and how much the expectations of the courses at the end of the course are met. Cronbach Alpha analysis was carried out with the IBM SPSS Statics 22 Program on the questioning questions primarily used in the study and the reliability of the given answers, the ANOVA test for the qualification of the training period and finally the evaluation of the qualification of the training program were also achieved by comparable correlation analysis. The study resulted in the results that the training programs were inadequate by the participants in terms of time, and that the training program was inadequate in terms of content, time, application and training tools. Recommendations were made according to the results obtained.
