Warfarin is a widely used agent for the prevention of thromboembolic events. It should be used with caution, especially because of the risk of bleeding. Warfarin can cause hematuria, gastrointestinal bleeding, intracerebral bleeding, soft tissue hematomas, epistaxis, and retroperitoneal bleeding. In this article, we presented a 60-year-old female patient who was admitted to the emergency clinic with a spontaneous suprapatellar hematoma as a rare complication of warfarin overdose.
