So many results that aren't mine?

Nadir Bir Tüberküloz Olgusu: Nazofarenks Tüberkülozu

Abstract:

Üst solunum yollarının tüberkülozu (TB) oldukça nadir olup, semptom ve bulgularının çok tipik olmaması ve tanıda güçlük çekilmesi nedeniyle halen önemli bir klinik sorundur. Tüberküloz basili ağız mukozasında, tonsillerde, dilde, burunda, epiglotta, larenks ve farenkste yerleşebilir. Üst solunum yolları TB, genellikle akciğer TB'na eşlik eder. Ancak hematojen yayılım sonucu, nadiren de olsa akciğer TB olmaksızın görülebilir. Bu çalışmada; kulakta tıkanıklık, işitme azlığı, ağzı açık uyuma, horlama, halsizlik ve gece terlemesi şikayetleri ile başvuran, histopatolojik ve mikrobiyolojik inceleme ile nazofarenks TB tanısı konan 61 yaşında bayan bir olgu sunulmuştur.
