Türkiye coğrafi konumu, komşu ülkeler ile sahip olduğu akrabalık bağları, komşu ülkelere nazaran daha iyi ekonomik şartlara sahip olması gibi birçok sebeple ciddi oranda göç almaktadır. Ülkemizde sayıları her geçen gün artan Suriyeli mültecilerin yaş dağılımına bakıldığında çoğunluğu çocukların oluşturduğu görülmektedir. Eğitim açısından önemli sorunları beraberinde getiren bu durumdan hem Suriyeli çocuklar hem de Suriyelilerin öğrenim gördüğü sınıflardaki Türk öğrenciler olumsuz şekilde etkilenmektedir. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı aradan geçen zaman içerisinde Suriyeli çocukların Türk eğitim sistemine entegrasyonu konusunda önemli adımlar atmıştır. Suriyeli çocukların yaşadığı en önemli sorunun dil ile ilişkili olduğu düşünüldüğünde atılan adımların başında Türkçenin ikinci/yabancı dil olarak öğretimi bağlamında gerçekleştirilen hizmet içi öğretmen eğitimleri gelmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında, bu alanda verilen eğitimlerin öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilerek daha nitelikli hâle getirilebilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel bir araştırma olan çalışmada, veri toplama aracı olarak açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan anket formu kullanılmış, elde edilen veriler nitel veri analizi yöntemlerinden içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, eğitimlerin sistematik ve planlı düzenlenmesi önem arz etmektedir. Aksi bir durumda eğitimden beklenen verimlilik oldukça azalmaktadır. Bu kapsamda öğretmenlerin sınıflara yerleştirilmesinde gelişigüzel bir seçimden ziyade aynı branş ve bölgeden/şehirden öğretmenlerin aynı sınıfta yer alacak şekilde seçilmeleri gerekmektedir. Eğitimlerde verilecek dersler birbiri ile ilişkili olmalı, uygulamalı derslerin teorik derslere göre daha ağırlıklı verilmesi gerekmektedir. Eğitim ortamının yaşanan sorunların ve çözüm önerilerinin tartışılabileceği nitelikte düzenlenmesi önemlidir. Ayrıca alan bilgisi olan ve saha tecrübesine sahip akademisyenlerin eğitimlerde tercih edilmesi ve uzaktan eğitim sisteminin sürecin bir parçası hâline getirilmesi de elde edilen sonuçlar arasındadır.
The geographical location of Turkey, its relatives with neighboring countries, and the neighboring countries have better economic conditions than Nazareth, are seriously migrated for many reasons. The number of Syrian refugees in our country is increasing every day, with the age distribution, the majority of them are children. This situation, which brings significant problems in terms of education, has been negatively affected by both Syrian children and Turkish students in the classes where Syrians are studying. The Ministry of Education has taken important steps in the course of the period to integrate Syrian children into the Turkish educational system. When the most important problem that Syrian children experience is related to the language, the first steps taken are the teaching of teachers in the context of teaching Turkish as a second/stranger language. In the framework of the study, the training provided in this field is intended to be evaluated according to the teacher's opinions and to be more qualified. In the study, which is a qualitative research, the survey form, which consists of open-end questions as a data collection tool, is used, the data obtained is analyzed using the content analysis method from the qualitative data analysis methods. According to the results obtained, the systematic and planned arrangement of the training is important. Otherwise, the efficiency expected from education will be significantly reduced. In this context, teachers should be selected in the same class and teachers from the same region/city in the same class rather than in the same class. The courses to be given in the training should be related to each other, and the practical courses should be given more emphasis than the theoretical courses. It is important that the educational environment is organized in the manner in which the problems and solutions proposals can be discussed. It is also among the results achieved that academics with field knowledge and field experience are preferred in training and that the remote education system is part of the process.
