Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, günümüzde öğretmen mesleki gelişiminde gittikçe artan biçimde ilgi görmeye başlayan ders imecesi mesleki gelişim modeline yönelik matematik öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu bağlamda araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden tekli durum çalışması deseniyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılı güz yarıyılında İç Anadolu Bölgesindeki bir büyükşehirin bir merkez ilçesinde bulunan 7 farklı resmi ortaokulda görev yapan ve amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen (39) matematik öğretmeninin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri, açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan bir yazılı görüş formuyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi, anlamsal içerik analizi yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçları, verilerin iki ana kategoride toplandığını ortaya koymuştur: ders imecesinin avantajları ve ders imecesinin dezavantajları. Ayrıca, araştırma bulgularına dayalı olarak ileri araştırmalar için bazı önerilerde de bulunulmuştur.

Mathematics Teachers' Opinions About Teaching

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to identify the views of the teachers of mathematics towards the model of professional development of the curriculum, which is now starting to be increasingly interested in the teachers' professional development. In this context, the research is carried out by a single case study pattern of the quality research methods. The research was carried out with the participation of mathematics teachers (39) who worked in 7 different official high schools located in a central district of a big city in the Anatolian region in the 2018-2019 educational-educational year and were selected with the easy-to-access sample method from the purposes of sample methods. The research data was collected through a written opinion form consisting of open-end questions. The analysis of data is done by means of the meaningful content analysis method. The results of the study showed that the data was gathered in two main categories: the advantages of the class imitation and the disadvantages of the class imitation. Additionally, some recommendations for advanced research were also made based on the research findings.
